As I live in Kent it was over an hour and a half travel so I asked David about the car before travelling. His description of the car was spot on and what I found most refreshing with David is he was not forceful or pushy in any way unlike other experiences I have had with other used car companies
After putting down a deposit David organised a frest Mot and service and l collected the zafira a week later, all the way through David kept me updated

I recently bought a car from this garage. After seeing one I liked on their website, I went in. There was no hard sell. I was made to feel very welcome. The transaction went through smoothly with no problems. The car was MOT’d, serviced and had a new cam belt fitted. It was also valeted ready for me to pick up. Great service, from my initial auto trader search I found the vehicle I wanted and arranged a visit, David was kind enough to meet up on a Sunday even though they were closed. Vehicle was top quality, slight issue with getting a new key but David worked hard sourcing a replacement for me. Would highly recommend Broadfield Motor sales, David is a helpful, courteous and always kept in contact with progress report prior to me collecting my vehicle. Good luck for the future.

Our buying experience with this relatively new car sales business was very positive. This trader was knowledgeable, courteous, patient and efficient. My wife and I each had a test drive. Given the rural location, this was better than others we've had from other car dealers around Chelmsford. The best part of our experience was the quality of the vehicle itself. The 2003 MX5 purchased was an outstanding example! Especially so, given its low mileage was accompanied by a meticulously kept file on the car's 1 owner history. We have only had the car a few days. However, our experience of initial enquiry and post-sale communications were equally good. This gives us the impression that if we did have any issues during the warranty period, this business would be helpful and fair in rectifying them. I wish this growing business every success.
